Partnership & Ordering
How do I place a B2B order?
Log in to your Posedla B2B account. Navigate to "Products" in the top menu bar. Select the specific Joyseat model (Plus, Pro, or Ultra) based on your customer's needs. Place the order to secure the production slot. Check your inbox: You will immediately receive an order confirmation email containing a unique link to our Configurator. This is where you will submit the biometric data and photos from the Smiling Butt Kit. Payment: An invoice with a 30-day maturity period will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email address.
How do I submit my customer's biomechanical data and imprint photos?
You can access the configurator via the link in your confirmation email or directly through your Orders history in the B2B portal. The configurator will guide you through the entire process, where you will be asked to fill in customer details including weight, riding style, and flexibility. You will then upload photos of the Smiling Butt Kit imprints. After submission, our algorithm and production team will review the data. If the photos are clear and the data is complete, you will receive a production confirmation email.
Can the customer submit the data and complete the configuration themselves?
While the configurator link can be shared with the customer, we strongly recommend that you complete the configuration together with your client in-store. As a professional partner, your assistance during the Smiling Butt Kit imprint and the data entry process is vital to ensuring the highest level of accuracy. Performing the configuration together also allows you to provide expert guidance on the rider’s profile, ensuring the final Joyseat is perfectly tailored to their needs.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for partners?
There is no minimum order quantity per transaction, allowing you to serve individual clients without the need for upfront stock. However, to maintain an active partnership, we expect a minimum volume of 5 Joyseats per calendar year. Please note that your partner margin is directly tied to your performance - higher sales volume leads to a more favorable margin structure. You can find the detailed breakdown of these tiers in our B2B Terms and Conditions
Do I need a specific device (tablet/phone) for the fitting process?
No specialized hardware or apps are required. The configurator is a web-based application optimized for mobile devices. We recommend using a smartphone or tablet with a high-quality camera to capture and upload the Smiling Butt Kit photos directly during the fitting session for the most efficient workflow.
Does Joyseat complement a professional bikefitting service?
Joyseat is designed to be the ultimate conclusion to a professional bikefit. While your fitting service optimizes the rider’s overall position and biomechanics, Joyseat optimizes the most critical contact point with the bike. By offering a fully customized 3D-printed saddle, you can solve persistent comfort issues that standard saddles simply cannot address, providing your clients with a truly holistic and premium fitting experience.
Shipping and delivery
How long is the delivery process of the custom saddle?
The delivery time for Plus version is set to 3-4 weeks, compared to Joyseat Pro and Ultra which is set from 4-5 weeks.
How can I track the production and shipping status of my orders?
You can monitor the real-time status of all your orders directly in the B2B Hub under the "My Account & Orders" section.
What is the lifetime/warranty of the saddle?
The standard warranty on the saddle is 2 years. But the 3D-printed saddle padding lasts longer than conventional saddles. Our test riders have ridden over 30,000 kilometers with the saddle without any change in its characteristics. Alternatively, the 3D-printed padding can be reprinted and replaced over time for a fee.
Do I need to make a new imprint when ordering a second saddle for the customer?
If the customer's physical condition or riding style hasn't significantly changed, a new imprint is not necessary. We store the biomechanical data securely, allowing you to easily order a second Joyseat (for a second bike, for example) using the existing profile. However, if the customer has experienced significant weight changes, injuries, or a major shift in their riding position (e.g., moving from an aggressive road bike to an MTB setup), we recommend performing a new fitting session with the Smiling Butt Kit to ensure the highest level of comfort.
What are the delivery costs and options?
See our shipping policy
Do you offer dropshipping directly to my customer’s address?
Yes, we provide the option to ship the finished Joyseat directly to your customer’s doorstep. During the checkout process, simply enter the customer's delivery address as the shipping destination while keeping your shop’s details as the billing address. This allows you to provide faster service for your clients. Alternatively, you can have the saddle shipped to your shop if you prefer to perform the final installation and adjustment for the customer personally.
How is Joyseat packed and prepared for shipping?
The finished Joyseat is packed in a specially designed box where the saddle is tightly secured against movement. The entire box is further protected by transport packaging to ensure safe transit. We have designed the packaging to be reusable once the saddle has been removed.
Joyseat 3.0 - Product differentiation
What are the differences between Joyseat Plus, Pro, and Ultra?
All Joyseat models are fully custom 3D-printed saddles tailored to your anatomy and riding style. Here's how they differ:
- Joyseat Plus: Designed for durability and affordability, it features a reinforced nylon shell and stainless steel rails. Ideal for endurance riders and those new to custom saddles. Weight starts from 220g.
- Joyseat Pro: Offers a lightweight twill carbon shell and unidirectional (UD) carbon rails, balancing performance and comfort. Suited for performance-focused riders. Weight starts from 165g.
- Joyseat Ultra: Our most advanced model, featuring a reinforced UD carbon shell and rails for maximum stiffness and minimal weight. Preferred by elite athletes. Weight starts from 155g.
You can find more details in your B2B HUB Products section.
Which Joyseat model is best for my customer's riding discipline?
All Joyseat saddles are customized for a specific discipline—be it road, gravel, MTB, or TT/triathlon. The choice between Plus, Pro, and Ultra depends on your customer's performance needs and budget:
- Road: Pro and Ultra offer lighter weights for competitive riding, while Plus is the most accessible option and features universal rail sizing.
- Gravel: Plus delivers durability and comfort on varied terrain. Pro strikes a balance between weight savings and resilience for all-around gravel use. Ultra is ideal for racing and long-distance performance.
- MTB: Plus stands out with robust construction for technical trails. Pro balances strength and reduced weight. Ultra is engineered for elite riders who demand maximum performance with minimal weight.
- TT/Triathlon: Pro and Ultra support aggressive positions and efficient power transfer. Plus remains a solid option for athletes who prioritize comfort and value.
Are there weight limits for each Joyseat model?
Yes, each model has specific weight considerations:
- Joyseat Plus: No specific rider weight limit; designed for broader compatibility.
- Joyseat Pro: Recommended for riders up to 100 kg (220 lbs).
- Joyseat Ultra: Recommended for riders up to 110 kg (242 lbs).
What type of saddle rails do the Joyseat models have, and are they compatible with my customers's bike?
Compatibility depends on the model you choose. The Joyseat Plus features 7x7 mm round stainless steel rails, which are compatible with almost all standard seatposts. The Joyseat Pro and Ultra models are equipped with 7x9 mm oval carbon rails, designed for maximum strength and lower weight. While these oval rails fit most modern high-end seatposts with top-and-bottom clamping, seatposts with side-clamping mechanisms may require specific adapters for carbon rails. Please verify the customer’s seatpost type during the fitting process to ensure a perfect fit.
Health & comfort
Why should I offer a custom Joyseat to my customers?
The saddle is one of the three critical points of contact between the rider and the bike, making it a vital element for both comfort and performance. Our mission was to develop a saddle that riders simply don’t have to think about. By offering a custom Joyseat, you provide a solution that, when combined with a well-adjusted riding position, serves as a powerful tool for preventing long-term health issues. For your business, this means providing a premium investment that pays off in the form of satisfied, loyal, and pain-free customers..
Will a custom saddle help my customer with back pain?
Choosing the right saddle is a major step in preventing back pain, blisters, and other common cycling health issues. However, the saddle is one essential piece of the puzzle for a healthy riding style. For customers with persistent issues, we always recommend a professional bike fitting to adjust their overall position on the bike. As a partner, providing Joyseat alongside your fitting expertise ensures that the rider's anatomy is perfectly supported, while the overall biomechanics are correctly aligned.
Does my customer need a professional bikefitting with Joyseat?
While a professional bikefitting is not a strict necessity after purchasing a new saddle, we strongly recommend it for anyone who hasn't been fitted before. Even for recreational riders, a proper fit is essential for preventing injuries and improving overall comfort, performance, and efficiency. As a partner, offering Joyseat as part of your fitting service provides the best possible outcome—combining a perfect riding position with a perfectly tailored contact point.
Why does Joyseat have a cutout?
The cutout helps to promote and maintain proper blood flow in the soft tissues of the buttocks, thus preventing tingling and uncomfortable pressure on your sit bones.

Is Joyseat unisex?
We see unisex as obsolete. We make our saddles to fit everyone. Women and men have a different anatomy of the pelvic floor and perineum and we tailor the saddle to those differences.
About product
What does a custom saddle mean?
Each saddle is an original, which you model in the configurator based on your customer's biomechanical parameters (such as height, weight, mileage, etc.) and the imprint from the Smiling Butt Kit. It is then manufactured using industrial 3D printing with durable materials.
From what materials is Joyseat made of?
The shell of the Joyseat Plus is made of glass-reinforced nylon, and the rails are made of a stainless steel alloy. In comparison, the rails of the Joyseat Pro and Ultra are made of carbon fiber. The shell of the Pro version is made of twill carbon, while the shell of the Ultra version is made of UD carbon. The top layer is printed on an industrial 3D printer from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
Can I choose Joyseat color?
The main 3D-printed body of the Joyseat is always produced in our signature black finish to ensure optimal material performance. However, customers can personalize their saddle by choosing the color of the rear insert. For an even more bespoke experience, we offer the option to add custom text (up to 12 characters)—such as a name, nickname, or a short message—which is placed on the inside of the saddle. This makes every Joyseat not just a technical masterpiece, but a truly personal piece of equipment..
Where is Joyseat manufactured?
We produce Joyseats in our native hometown of Varnsdorf in the north of the Czech Republic.
Learn more about our manufacturing.
What is the Joyseat's weight limit?
Version Joyseat Plus is designed for heavier riders and offers unlimited weight capacity. The Joyseat Pro has a weight limit of 100 kg. On the other hand the Joyseat Ultra is designed for riders up to 110 kg. We have tested it extensively at this weight using various ISO standards and can ensure 100% quality and reliability.
Is Joyseat sustainably produced?
We have set up our production processes to reduce waste. We only produce saddles when we receive an order, so we don't have large warehouses full of prefabricated saddles. In addition, we manufacture everything in the Czech Republic, so we have very short supply chains. Finally, we print with recycled printing material, which is then used in subsequent prints.

How did you test Joyseat?
To guarantee the durability of the saddle, we have carried out numerous tests with riders of different disciplines, performances and somatotypes, as well as stress tests directly in the laboratory according to the ISO standard.
Warranty & Support
What is the warranty period for Joyseat?
All our saddles are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the day of delivery. Please note that minor dimensional deviations (up to ±0.2 mm for carbon rails and up to ±0.5 mm for TPU padding) are inherent to our manual and 3D-printing manufacturing processes and are not considered defects..
How do I process a warranty claim for my customer?
If a customer brings a saddle with a suspected defect, simply email us at hello@posedla.com . We aim to evaluate all claims within 3 working days. If the claim is accepted, we will either fix the defect, replace the product, or offer a fair solution in line with our partner agreement..
What happens if a customer crashes and damages their saddle?
Accidental damage or crashes are not covered by the standard warranty. However, we value our community and offer a Crash Replacement program. In such cases, we can provide a replacement or repair at a significant discount (up to 50%). This is handled individually—please contact our support team through the partner portal with photos of the damage.
